Eric S. Erickson is the founder and broker-owner of Reimagined Real Estate Advisors, a boutique real estate brokerage serving Byfield and the surrounding North Shore and Merrimack Valley communities. With over 25 years of experience in real estate finance, investment analysis, and residential brokerage, Eric brings a strategic, data-driven approach to every transaction.

Eric began his career in lending in the early 1990s and has funded renovation, new construction, and acquisition projects across Massachusetts and beyond. He later expanded into residential brokerage, earning his real estate license in 2009 and developing a reputation for strong pricing strategy, detailed market analysis, and hands-on client advocacy.

Through Reimagined Real Estate Advisors, Eric specializes in residential sales, investment properties, and valuation services including Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) for institutional clients. He also actively renovates and resells distressed properties through an affiliated investment company, giving him first-hand insight into construction costs, property potential, and value creation.
